A. Hello there, sir, please do not worry about it too much. If the baby has lost appetite or the baby is crying or not pooping then these are some symptoms of gastric problems. Please massage baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise. Also do cycling exercises of the legs. Press the legs gently to the stomach stomach to get relief of the gastric issues. Thanks and take care
