how to avoid episiotomy during delivery?

A. If it is getting difficult for delivering the babies head then definitely episiotomy will be required but if you want you can start doing a perineal massage starting from 35 weeks of pregnancy that might help in better expansion of the vaginal openingWrite Your Answer Here
