How soon do we get our periods after vaginal delivery? Is there something I should be concerned about

A. no concern periods Mein resume any time in between one year after delivery till then no medication is needed just maintain a Healthy lifestyle with good nutritious diet adequate water intake and regular daily walking

A. as you have normal delivery you should take care maintain hygiene. wash with betadine solution.. when will period start that vary from person to person.. some may get their cycle next month soon after delivery and some may get after a year of delivery..
