how much turmeric we should use for 4 year little one in one cup.. & how many days we can give this milk daily?? thanks in advance

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, add 1 or 2 pinch of turmaric in a cup of milk. turmaric milk can be given every day. Turmeric has antioxidants, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory benefits that will help prevent and tackle a number of diseases.

Less than half teaspoon. You have to add in a four-year-old regular milk. It will help in boosting babies immunity and will also help in giving relief in cold and cough. You can start giving it regularly to your baby. It is very healthy for babies and totally safe so you can give it regularly.
