How much tummy time is recommended for a 4 month old baby? Also, can we start practicing sitting with the help of pillows?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it all depends upon the comfort level of the child and it can be given more than three or four times everyday also and it helps in improving this muscle strength of the back of the child as well as digestion of the milk
