there is no specific guidelines for this
you can wear till you feel comfortable.
but instead of using it ,I will suggest you to opt for natural
I mean , start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
