How much time gap should I take between two meals and breast feeding of my 8 month baby?

At least a minimum of three hours 2 to 3 hours rest would completely depend if your child is hungry you can feed early also because we always say that you should go ahead with feeding the child on demand as that is the right process for you to follow but a minimum time if you would want to look at something that this is what you can take care
