Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the chilfd is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry abouft the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

See the weight gain is going to be completely dependent on the birth weight of the child with your child is gaining around 400 g every month then that is a healthy weight gain for the child so you can just calculate it this way by taking into consideration the birthdate of the childWrite Your Answer Here
