ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. depending upon your management 1 to 2 hours would be ok Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

one to two hours screen time can be given to the child..
As half of the day is spent in school now, and send ur child to park in the evening, this will automatically limit the screen time.
