How much quantity pf solid food we should offer to a 6 month old baby?

A. quantity of food as one spoon of cerelac then after 3 to 4 days 2 spoon then after 3 to 4 days 3 spoon in simalar way once then twice and then three times.. remember one new food one at a time.. use Babyhug steel bowl and spoon
