how much nutmeg can I add in my toddlers milk who is two years old. He does not sleep peacefully in the night & also when is right time to give the nutmeg in milk in the night & what is the quantity. plz help. can this be given everyday

A. You can add in one or two pinches as it is enough for the vaby and it improves digestion as well and give wholesome meal to baby for peaceful sleep take care
