use home made ghee if possible.
Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth.

Easily Two tablespoons per day you can give to the child ghee or butter whatever you giving only 2 I am good enough to go for so you can definitely start giving this much amount to your child it can be a little more than that also required but not least 2 tablespoons of enough
