To begin with one time in the day the UK slowly shift to 2 times in the day as this now you can go ahead with increasing it to at least three meals 🥳 which are very important for your child to consume we always say that give proper breakfast lunch and dinner to the child from the beginning itself that really develops a proper food habit into your child from the beginning only
