ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Start with one time a day and then gradually as per how well the baby gets used to it , you could then increase one meal at a time so almost 2 to 3 main meals , 1 or 2 times snacks and inbetween your feed
