ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, to your 7 months old baby, you should give solid foods 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed in between and on demand.

Hello Mom,we can give solid food up to 3 times a day.I n btw if need we can feed breastmilk on demand.I am a new mom I am giving 3times food like daily morning homemade cerlac afternoon rice with any veggies like carrot,spinach or ragi flour cerlac(homemade) amd night by the time 7pm again I am giving homemade cerlac Depends upon ur baby nature and routines u can feed ur baby. thanks pavithra
