how many times 8 month bby go uriine and motion is going tight is it normal

A. Children should pass stool regularly. Hard stools and pain indicate constipation. Encourage plenty of water and a fiber-rich diet from cereals, pulsesd, vegetables, and fruits. Limit milk to 400 ml daily and avoid processed foods and biscuits. Adding papaya, fennel seed water, oats, pear, prunes, pineapple, banana, and raisins can help relieve constipation. d
