To Begin with you can give it two times in a day but then gradually reduced down to one when you introduce more of home-cooked food to the child on regular basis then you should try to shift it down to one time in a day and try to give more of home-cooked food like porridge khichadi vegetable purée fruit purees all these things are much better and healthy options
