Q.

how many months I have to take an iron calcium tablet. I'm a mother of 2 months old.. and I breastfeed her.

A. You can take till 3 months after delivery and calcium and iron supplement can be taken abd eat a healthy nutritious diet and rahe good care for faster recovery take care
