Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for teaching up to us with this question please note mother's milk is the main source of nutrition for your baby write up to 1 year old so continue to focus on that you can get solids at least to main Nails and one snack at 8 months old If you are using a breast pump then you can pump and offer milk using sipper or even a bowl and spoon or even a tiny glass directly. Philip Avent pump is really easy to use you can explore that option.
