U Can use one diaper or 4 to 5 hours and keep a type of free time for one hour at least and then again you can put on a diaper if you want to avoid using too many typos because there is too sensitive and can get rashes easily also would advise you to apply Boroline or Vaseline regularly whenever you take off or put on a diaper
