How many hours does your kid spend on gadgets /screentime/tv?

A. You should actually be zero for the child a lot of parents leave it as per their comfort but it is actually important that you give only zero screen time to the child at it is very unhealthy to give any screen time to the child as it can delay the growth of the chair mentally verbally also

A. Hello dear parent, a child should spends a total of 1 to 2 hours on screen or gadgets in a day. Avoid over usage. As that can harm.eyes and other routine of the child. Good luck and take care
