how many hours can expressed breast milk stored at room temperature? is it safe for the baby to feed such milk?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. you can store breast milk at room temperature that is around 25 degree celsius to 30 degree celsius for 4 hours and when you are storing in the refrigerator you can stored it for 24 hours. before usage you can warm the milk and give it to the child.
it is not advisablef to keep this warmed milk back in the refrigerator if unused.
so better to take only that much amount from the refrigerator which you are confident that the child will drink.
