You can give 3 to 4 meals ina. day
Choose from recipes like upma, daliya, ragi porridge, Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, banana mashed, khichadi ghee, rice dal ghee. chapati dal mashed, idli mashed , avocado pear mash, pumpkin soup date ladoo
