how many eggs are to be given to 5-7 age group in a day

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. one egg would be ideal. But if they like to eat u can give maximum two per day. but u will have to see if it suits ur baby on a trial and error basis. Give one and half eggs and see if he is fine. If ok then give two eggs and see.
