Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is depends upon the deficiency of calcium or iron deficiency of ladies.. so better to take supplement and calcium as per doctor prescription and doctor is the best one to give you idea about stopping these supplement.
