How many days can you wait to for baby fever temperature to come down as it keeps on fluctuating

A. hello parent utd 7 month old you can give oral paracetamol every four to six hours leave the temperature is more than 100 degree fahrenheit usually the fever lasts for 2 to 3 days in case of viral infection if the child is Dull despite Afebriil consult your pediatrician
