How long time shatavri powder can take for milk supply

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you can take shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day to produce more milk and as it is Ayurvedic media and you can have till the time milk supply can't increase. also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. take care
