A. yeah it happens but generally if you use any detergent and a mild scrubber you can clean it very easily but I am not sure just use a mile Scrub and you can Scrub the bathtub weekly once that is sufficient but I am not sure about the stains that you are talking about maybe if you can share a picture we can share our thoughts as well for generally I use detergent and a mile scrubber
