How do we know that the baby is satisfied with the mother feeding?

The child is satisfied with the mothers feeding the child would sleep well or would be playful for at least 2 to 3 hours after one feeding if that’s happening and if the child is gaining 500 g minimum every month that means your fear is just good enough for the child
