ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Dad , Actually every indivdiual have their own capacity they take as per they can handle , as of now their diet should be all family foods, gradually increase the quantity. you may get them to play outdoors , avoid unnecesary snacking
