How do i gain my baby boy weight ? What should i give to aanav so that he put some weight . He is 11.90 kg

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 months agoA. Hi mom give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits,dairy products, banana shake,egg, rice, potatoes ,sweet potato etc in diet for weight gain. give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between
