How can we identify weather my 4 month baby nose got blocked

A. baby will not able to drink milk properly . you can give steam for cough and cold and mild sneezing . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times . For cough ascoril L S can be given 2 to 3 times in a day .
