Q.
how can one add salt in 6 months baby's food , how the recipe says salt?? suggest alternative of salt that can be used for baby food.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello the breast milk or the infant formula milk that you still give for the baby will contain the required salt content and additional salt for the baby less than 1 year can affect the baby kidney so you should avoid it and instead try to give if directly
