How can I reduce the fever and stomach pain at home when it's started at night and no way to go to hospital until morning?

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
if the child is having abdominal pain give syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now
then you have to meet the doctor to find the cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gas or due to worms or some other abdominal pathology or gastroenteritis, constipation, digestive issues.
in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the child and water and buttermilk curd rice and dal.
can give poha upma daliya and fruits.
avoid milk products , packet foods and fried items and heavy diet.
you can continue anti-colic medicines and your doctor may add antacids forx the child for few days it will help in decreasing the gas as well as bloating.
