Q.

How can I overcome low Brest milk supply problem? I am eating protein rich food and also I used lactare tablets and lactonic granuals...but there is no improvement in milk production.Is there any solution for this.

A. to overcome low milk continue with lactation supplements.. lactare.. more you nurse milk will increase. add to diet green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi dalia sabudana.. you can use Babyhug silent and smart electric breast pump it will help stimulate milk flow.
