Q.

How can I make my 10months old daughter to sleep without drinking milk? She usually sleeps while drinking or after drinking milk. I want to reduce her intake of milk.

A. I am giving her 3meals and evening snacks. But also even if her tummy is full also she is demanding for milk, if she is felling sleepy So I am not understanding anything what to do?

A. now you can start with the full diet in some time to your child so that child will not feel hungry and do not give milk every time the child is demanding that gradually the child will leave
