stuti vermaGuardian of a 3 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. you can increase your milk by the following . you should drink atleast 8-10 glass of water try to have warm water it will increase the production of water, after breastfeeding drink water. . have 2 cup of warm milk on daily basis. . do breastfeeding on alternative basis when don't use both breast at the same time of feeding. . have 5 to 6 meal on daily basis try to have daliya, oats, milk, paneer , soyabeen, mung dal chilka , green vegetables and a high fibre flour in your diet. these things will help in increasing your breast milk.

The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
