How can I grow my 4 year toddler taller? He was born prematurely at 34 weeks.

A. Hello my dear parent! Ideal height at this age would be around 105 to 110 cm, depending on the genetic factors. Certain stretching exercise exercises, yoga and good diet can help increase child’s height. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
