the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee xgroundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

for Healthy weight gain, give healthy meals and snacks
add multigrain food items,milk and milk based products in your child diet
give them different seeds like sesame seeds,flax seeds etc
