A. hey don't worry about this problem. first you feed the baby preoperly and than you can apply creme easily and wash nipples before next feeding.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please avoid to give baby feed after applying cream. and also apply crem after the feeding so after cleaning the nipples you can feed the baby. take care
