how can i care my baby girl ....she has a milia on his face....what should i use for milia ...a baby cream ya baby powder...plz suggest me..my girl chick is full with this milia or pimples?

don't worry, it will go away after couple of months..apply your breastmilk to it and clean it after 10 minutes..
