Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for the first 6 months. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500gms in a month. It is said to be ideal for the baby to double its birth weight by 6 months and triples by one year completion.
