Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethiconegt.
other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Teething could be happening with your time with this kind of a duelling issue so I will just say that you should check the games of your time to have a clear understanding yet if you are not able to understand the reason that the best is to consult your doctor regarding there’s a doctor would be able to give you a better clarity on the situation
