Q.

ho dr. my son 3.4 years old.when he is 19months old he got fever seizure once.doctor suggested frisium 5 tablet at that time.shall I continu the tablet nw. will fever seizure repeat again.how many years after it will stop.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever if the child is having febrile Caesar's problem continue with the same medicine given by your doctor

Q. hi doc , my daughter is having fever now but she was like when fever comes we need to give frisium tablet or else she will get fix !! so I gave frisium at 2.15PM and we gave small amount of rice kanji but she vomited at 3 PM !
