A. Cold is most of the time because of some allergy or viral infection and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough and throat irritation and usually associated . Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicinfde . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like febrrx plus / sinarest / Ascoril flu can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is very helpful .
