hlw my baby is 12 week old, she is not able to hold her head up while on her tummy on flat surface, but if I use a pillow to lift her she holds her head for a brief period of time, she is not able to maintain a controlled posture if hold horizontally and she frowns forward head down, still not able to follow object horizontally from one side to other,

A. see only after three months are complete you can judge ok. wait n watch. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
