I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because it is happened due to indigestion or due weather changes or due to stomach infection
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi fresh fruit juice nimbu pani mosmbi juice etc
