Spoo Shampoo is a good option for dandruff issues you can go ahead with that along with that also I’d like to tell you that sometimes the hair fall could be due to deficiency of iron as well so you can start with an iron supplement for the child just to be on the safer side and go ahead with the shampoo that I am suggesting you for dandruff issues
