hlo my 4 months old baby he is doing potty in liquid form..is it normal or not?

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting atnd its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are assyociated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
