mix veg dal khichdi with ghee
soft parathas with curds, dals
milkshakes
lassi
curd rice
paneer parathas

but it is too early to judge child's height
it will increase as your child grow
and it mostly determined by genetics so please don't get Panic for this
give healthy diet like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more which helps in Healthy weight gain
